Digital Products, Courses & Community Access

All purchases related to digital products, courses, downloadable files, and community access are final. We do not offer refunds on any product or offering that can be accessed digitally once the purchase is complete. This includes but is not limited to eBooks, templates, recorded courses, resource libraries, and paid community memberships. We encourage you to review all product details and reach out with questions before completing your purchase.

Service Refund Policy

For done-for-you services, a refund window of 7 days is available from the date of service commencement. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Approval of a refund under this window is at the sole discretion of OneBrain.

Failed or Jumped Transactions

In the event of a failed or jumped transaction, the responsibility of reversing or returning the payment lies with the respective payment gateway provider. OneBrain does not control payment gateway timelines or policies. Visuals & Creative Assets

Affiliate & Referral Commissions

This window exists to account for potential refunds, chargebacks, or transaction reviews. Commission payouts after this period are subject to standard processing timelines.
